Madzuu Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days in line with UK consumer rights. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including personalized items, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@madzuu.com.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@madzuu.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift wasn’t marked, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please email us at support@madzuu.com. We will guide you through the next steps. Note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you are eligible for a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
